At Tamraa, every piece is carefully selected and prepared in limited quantities. We want you to make your purchase with complete confidence, so we kindly request that you review the product description, measurements, fabric details and care instructions before placing your order.
All Tamraa purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, styling preference, colour preference or incorrect size selection.
We make every effort to display our pieces as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting, device and individual screen settings. Minor colour variations are therefore not considered a defect.
Many Tamraa pieces feature handcrafted embroidery, zari, threadwork, prints, sequins, embellishments and artisanal details.
Slight variations in texture, placement, weave or workmanship are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and contribute to the individuality of each piece.

Tamraa cannot accept exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
Any piece that has been stitched, altered, customised or specially modified at the customer’s request is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video for our team to review.
Once verified, Tamraa will assist with an appropriate resolution.
Items purchased during sales, promotions or special offers are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law and the provisions above regarding verified damaged, defective or incorrect products.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
